Online Schools vs. Traditional Schools
The idea of school is traditionally sitting at a desk listening to a teacher. What many people don't know is that this is better for a student to go to an actual school to study. It gives a freer and more interesting environment. It is better to be in a physical learning atmosphere. Unless there are exceptional issues, a student should be in school learning in a physical environment because it helps social growth.
Students are put in a more social environment when they attend school. It helps them make lifelong friends and it also gives them an experience of being around other people so they may learn from each other. The classroom is one of the homes of learning and communication. It feels better to communicate by talking not typing.
Another reason it is better to go to school is because of the freer and more interesting environment. Sometimes it is better to learn doing hands-on activities rather than virtually, like learning the anatomy of an animal. For example, a student could dissect a frog online, but they wouldn’t really be able to look at the body parts very well. It is a lot more fun to work as a team anyway.
The average student should attend a real school in a physical environment because it helps them grow socially. A student that went to will know how to cooperate better than a computer college student that didn’t really get out and participate in anything. Students should get out; life is not inside of a little box, it’s all around us. It starts in college not on a computer screen.
